Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all fashion tags and labels remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
